The programme

An atelier education.

A design education modelled on the couture house. You draw, drape, pattern-cut and stitch — under the mentorship of designers who have led studios at Dior, Alexander McQueen, and Chanel. Every year culminates in a public showcase.

Craft Fundamentals

Illustration, pattern cutting, hand sewing, machine skills, textiles.

Year 1

History of Silhouette

From Vionnet to Margiela — a reading of the century in cloth.

Year 2

Couture Techniques

Draping on the stand, hand finishing, embroidery, tailoring.

Year 2

Collection Development

Concept, mood, colour, fabric, edit — the anatomy of a range.

Year 3

Graduate Collection

A six-look collection presented at the Graduate Show.

Year 3

Portfolio & Industry

Portfolio direction, agency representation, industry placements.
