Built for the founders, buyers, and brand directors of the next luxury era. You learn to read a market, cost a collection, negotiate with ateliers, and translate a creative vision into a commercial house — through live briefs set by industry leaders and mentors drawn from the world's top maisons.

Foundations of the Fashion Industry

Business models, luxury history, textiles literacy, the language of design.

Year 1

Brand & Consumer Psychology

Why people buy — semiotics, identity, community, storytelling.

Year 2

Buying, Merchandising & Costing

Range planning, margin architecture, open-to-buy, retail maths.

Year 2

Digital, Data & DTC

E-commerce, CRM, paid social, marketplace strategy, analytics.

Year 3

Entrepreneurship & Investment

Cap tables, pitching, licensing, IP, launching a brand.

Year 3

Live Industry Project

Full commercial brief with a partner house. Presented to a board.
